Connie, Chris and Family, We were so saddened to hear the news of Paul’s passing. He was a good man and close friend for many years; smart, funny, thoughtful. We have so many happy and treasured memories of all those times we and you spent together, going out to dinner, time at the shore and each other’s homes. We have missed him and you so much! Please accept our condolences and deepest sympathy for your loss. You and Paul are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Love, Bob, Noreen, Kathleen and Bobby❤️🙏

Connie and family, I had the pleasure of knowing Paul while I worked at the DOT. When I passed a test for Principal Engineer I was working in another unit of the State which I hoped to stay in with my new title. However, there were no openings there and that is when I was offered the job at the Bureau of Utilities. Paul picked me to work there with him. The best move I ever made was accepting the job there. I knew Paul slightly but when I worked for him is when I got to know him best. He was a great boss and friend. He taught me everything I needed to know about my job . We went to many Pre-constructions meetings together and he showed me how to conduct myself at these meetings. I eventually became a Project Engineer like Paul and become the "boss" and Paul moved on up the ladder. I have him to thank for this. My condolences to you Connie and family. Jack Pinto

When I transferred to the Utility Bureau I got to know Paul and he was the greatest. Always fun and happy. He made the work so easy and fun. I'll never forget him. Paul had the gift of knowing his job and having fun doing it. He was always good to work with and was a special friend. We'll never forget his help with Hamilton Little Lads Basketball and how the activity helped our son. We had great times going to each game. Guys like Paul are sadly vanishing but he will live in our hearts forever. God Bless Paul.
