Stephen Bogdany of Florence passed away suddenly into God’s loving and eternal care on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at home. He was 64.
Born in Trenton, N.J., Stephen was a lifelong Florence resident.
Stephen received his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from Glassboro College (Rowan University).
He was the caretaker for his mother until her passing. Some of his hobbies included watching movies and listening to music. He also collected comic books and was an avid reader. He loved cats and had a unique sense of humor.
Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Bogdany, and his mother, Anna (Sisolak) Bogdany.
He is survived by his sister, Deborah Vondy of Florence, and his nephews, Ryan Corcoran of Brick, N.J. and Scott Vondy of Florence.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at the Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front Street, Florence, where relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Florence.
