Obituary for Chester Podolak
Chester A. Podolak of Burlington City passed away into God’s loving and eternal care Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at home surrounded by his family. He would have celebrated his 78th birthday on Nov. 26.
Born in Mount Holly, he was a lifelong Burlington resident,
Mr. Podolak was a hardworking man who worked at McCollister’s Moving and Storage and Pathmark Supermarkets.
Chester loved attending hot rod car shows and was an avid gardener. In his earlier years he enjoyed fishing and crabbing.
He was the loving husband of Sandra Myers Podolak for 57 years, and devoted father of Dianna, Michael, and David Podolak, all of Burlington. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Kandus Lamper and Joshua Coldwell of Riverside, his brother Charles Podolak of Burlington, and many nieces, nephews and their families.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at the Dennison -McGee Funeral Home, 869 Beverly Road, Burlington. Relatives and friends may call from 9:30 until 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
