Christopher Glenn Morlack of Eutahville, S.C., formerly of Burlington, passed away unexpectedly into God's loving and eternal care Friday, May 19, 2017, at the Medical University Hospital in North Charleston, S.C., two days before his 33rd birthday.
Born in Willingboro, he lived in Burlington all of his life before moving to South Carolina three years ago.
Chris was employed as a welder for the Love Mechanical Company in Orangeburg, S.C.
He was a 2003 graduate of Burlington Township High School and went on to earn his certification in heating, ventilation and air conditioning at Penn Co-Tec.
Chris enjoyed fishing, watching movies, playing sports, and spending time with both family and friends, especially his daughter, Peyton. He was also a Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and WWE fan.
Chris was an organ donor, and three separate people were blessed to have received his heart, lungs and kidneys.
Chris will be remembered as a loyal friend, devoted son and father, and protective brother.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie; daughter, Peyton; parents, Glenn and Penny Robertson Morlack; sister, Samantha Morlack; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christopher's memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Sunday, May 28, at the Burlington Presbyterian Church, 300 Mill Road, Burlington Township, where relatives and friends may visit with the family from 5 to 6 p.m. Chris was never one for fancy attire, so we ask that those who wish to attend his memorial service, please arrive in athletic apparel such as NFL or MLB jerseys.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Burlington Presbyterian Church.
